dw_femslash ficathon produced some fantastic fic, and I'm probably going to end up reccing a fair bit of it! This one wasn't a pairing I'd have imagined enjoying before, but was unexpectedly completely lovely and this fic makes it work perfectly. It's sweet, poignant and fun, with great characterization and voices for all three main characters. The interactions between Maria and Romana are just wonderful, and the ending makes me smile every time I read it.
