Recced because: Ghost Light is my favourite Who story of all time (at least on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and every third Sunday), and in amongst the many, many wonderful things going on in there (it's got more meat to it than most stories twice its length) is one of the best Ace's-girlfriend-of-the-week plotlines with Gwendoline. There's songs and crossdressing and everything. livii's lyrical, almost dreamlike style is a perfect fit for the strange, febrile atmosphere of the story, and an excellent springboard for exploring the link between these two women beyond what we saw on screen.
