Happy Friday! We all need a little Doctor/Master fluff from time to time. This story explores something that I consider canon, and I don't believe that DW has a lot of canon; the Master really does everything just to get the Doctor's attention. Also . . . a planet full of intelligent otters who love ABBA? It deserves a rec for that idea alone!
