Calufrax Rec for January 3rd - Lost in the Vortex by Weimlady

I'm ffutures (Marcus Rowland on Teaspoon), and I'll be reccing this week. No special themes this time; just a mixture of straight whofic and crossovers, different eras, etc. I should maybe mention that I don't consider Who/Torchwood/SJA to be separate universes, so don't count stories that involve more than one of them as crossovers.
